Thai massage was introduced more than 2500 years ago. It is a system of massage and manipulation influenced by different traditional eastern medicine as well as by Yoga. The massage recipient
wears comfortable clothes and lies on a shiatsu mat on the floor. Yoga-like positions or relaxed positions are used as well as manipulating the recipients body with rhythmic movements,
pressing and stretching.
Generally, improved flexibility, greater awareness of body and mind, and a release of blocked energy can be experienced. Particularly, it can help when having asthma, migraines, anxiety, relief
of tension, poor sleep.
